Executive Director, CDAL
Stephanie Templeton Executive Director, CDAL
Stephanie has been in healthcare for her entire career life, she made the transition in 1994 to become a Certified Assisted Living Director (CDAL), and that has been her passion since. When she started this career choice the Arizona regulations consisted of 8 simple rules on one page! Stephanie worked with others to develop the first set of regulations in 1998 and again when the rules were rewritten in 2013-2014. She brings to LivGenerations Agritopia over four decades of helping others live fuller lives. She has been a member of the Arizona Assisted Living Federation (AZ ALFA) for over 20 years, serving two terms as Board Chair.
Her awards and honors include the Hospice of Havasu Jesse James Community Care Award, 2004 AZ Administrator of the Year award, 2015 AZ ALFA Outstanding Achievement Award for her work to support senior living during the Rule Review process, and Lake Havasu Lion’s Club Presidents’ Award to name a few. In 2017 she earned her CDAL credential in the Senior Living Certification Commission’s inaugural class.
Kathy Marks Leasing Manager
Kathy enjoys learning about future residents’ interests and the opportunity to help them select the right apartment and lifestyle to meet their individual needs. Kathy grew up in Minnesota where she was the owner/operator of a large family business. After moving to Montana, she became the Administrator of a Healthcare Clinic in Missoula until she decided to leave the snow behind for sunny AZ. Kathy has lived in AZ since 2003 where she was the Business Office Director for a physicians group in Tucson, AZ before joining LivGenerations as the Move-in Coordinator in July 2014. In her role, she enjoyed assisting future residents manage the details related to moving into their new home. Kathy loved the opportunities she had to spend time with each resident, their families and friends while making everyone’s move to LivGenerations as smooth as possible.
